About Us
Because we work throughout BC and it's not always
practical for you to make trips in to the agency, we spend a lot of time on the
phone with you. For this reason, we think
it's
important to include pictures and short descriptions of who we are so that you
know who you're talking to.

 Jennifer Wall, MSW RSW
Jennifer
is our Administrator of Adoption Services. Jennifer spends most of her
time on the phone with families throughout BC and answering questions through
email, but she enjoys meeting you in person whenever possible! Jennifer has
worked with our agency for the last several years and has gained experience
in all aspects of adoption. Prior to this, she worked in the field of
adoption with the Ministry of Children and Family Development for several
years. She facilitates Adoptive Parent Education Programs for the
Ministry. In her “spare” time, she enjoys scrapbooking, writing, genealogy,
and travel.

Danielle Goatley, BSW, RSW
Danielle has been with
Kelowna Community Resources since 2006 and has been exposed to a number of
different programs. Danielle started off working in the Supervised Access
Program and currently is working part-time in the Special Needs Adoption Program
as well as part-time at the Adoption Centre. While in university, Danielle
specialized in the child welfare program and completed a self-directed study in
Adoption, Attachments, and Permanency Planning. Danielle’s focus and training
has been centered around adoptions and both her positions provide her with a
wide range of knowledge in the adoption process

 Marlene Procter
Marlene is likely the first person you'll talk to when you call and most people find that they look forward to calling again just to hear her cheerful voice. She is the organizational backbone of The Adoption Centre and specializes in providing general information, registration, and all Adoption Centre specific paperwork.
